Intellectual Property Claim

If you suspect our site violates your rights, submit an Intellectual Property Claim using the procedure below. We operate a T-shirt store and respect intellectual property rights. Visit our website or our Terms of Service for more details.

A. PROCEDURE FOR REPORTING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT:

We maintain a policy to (1) remove or block content (like text, graphics, or photos) that we believe infringes third-party rights after receiving a valid Intellectual Property Claim; and (2) terminate service to repeat offenders. Learn more about infringement at the DMCA official site.

If you think content on our website violates your copyright or other rights, please send a notice with the following details to our Designated Agent:

  • 1. Identify the copyrighted work or intellectual property you claim we infringed, including registration number(s) if applicable;
  • 2. Specify the content you claim infringes your rights, including (a) how it violates them and (b) its exact location on our website so we can find it;
  • 3. Provide your contact details: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address;
  • 4. State that you believe in good faith the use lacks authorization from the rights holder, their agent, or the law;
  • 5. Declare, under penalty of perjury, that your notice contains accurate information and that you own the rights or act on behalf of the rights holder;
  • 6. Include your electronic or physical signature.

B. ONCE PROPER BONA FIDE INFRINGEMENT NOTIFICATION REACHES THE DESIGNATED AGENT:

We remove or disable access to content you allege infringes rights after receiving a valid Intellectual Property Claim. Check our Contact Us page for more ways to reach us.

C. PROCEDURE TO SUPPLY A COUNTER-NOTICE TO THE DESIGNATED AGENT:

If we determine the removed content does not infringe rights or we hold permission to use it (e.g., via fair use), we may send a counter-notice to the Designated Agent with:

  • 1. Identify the removed content and its prior location on the website;
  • 2. State, under penalty of perjury, that we believe a mistake or misidentification caused the removal;
  • 3. Provide our contact details: full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address;
  • 4. Confirm we consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in the district of our address;
  • 5. Include our electronic or physical signature.

If our Designated Agent receives a counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant and could restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the rights holder files a court order against us.

Understand that Section 512(f) of the DMCA holds anyone liable for damages, including attorney’s fees, if they misrepresent an Intellectual Property Claim. For payment-related policies, see PayPal’s DMCA policy.
