1. Your order number and full name.
2. Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation screenshot).
3. Your reason for return, including images/videos if the T-shirt is defective or damaged.

3. Refund Process

We inspect your return within 72 hours of receipt and process your refund within 7 days.

Note: Your bank may take an additional 3-5 business days to credit the funds to your account.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received a damaged or incorrect T-shirt? Contact us right away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Exchange Policy

We provide exchanges only for defective, incorrect, or damaged T-shirts. Reach out to set up an exchange.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• We pay return shipping costs for defective T-shirts.
• You cover return shipping for non-defective items.
• Shipping costs remain non-refundable for incorrect orders.

7. Order Cancellations

You can cancel orders within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may not accept cancellation requests.
